I'm sure you've read them all....the rules...the laws....the by lines....blah blah blah. Basically, all my ideas and graphics to the best of my knowledge are my own, drawn by me on my own wacom bamboo tablet using PS. If any graphic you find looks like yours, uses the same colours or similar or is similar in style...basically tough chewy steak. I do not use others graphics except where they have said they are free to do what you wish. even then i combine tiny pieces of them and absorb the gist of them in my own design.
If you think any of my work contains something you are not happy with or feel you need to discuss any such instance, email me!!!.

if my graphics appear anywhere on the web or on craft and you have not paid for an annual commercial license from me, i will happily prosecute because it is just too darn shameful. these graphics take hours and hours each set and they do not cost the world. Stealing is stealing.

right clicking is rude and stealing. However if you want some samples for colours or ideas please email me i am happy to share, or if you just want one graphic from a set thats easy too.

when you buy anything you are buying the right to use it personally at home. Not wherever you please. Commercial licences are $100.00 annually and entitle you to unlimited times usage but you still must link back to my site via hang tag or text link logo.

i am happy to do gifts designed in specific colours and themes, but they must be prepaid and thoroughly discussed prior to commencement.

The nitty-gritty
All graphics on this site. Including designs, characters, and copyrights and distribution rights remain the sole property of the artist Geraldine Watts.
I reserve the right to change these rules at any time, without prior notice, so please re-read them from time to time. If you are unsure of anything please ask.All artwork for sale in this store is designed for personal and small business use, and all usage requires credit back in a working clickable link back to my store. This cannot be removed by purchasing a commercial license, but does enable free use of any graphic purchased to sell your work with my graphics in or on it. If you are just personal use, and do not intend to display in public or sell anything with my graphics you do not need a licence. Nor do you need one if you purchase for personal use off teacherspayteachers. just don’t use to resell etc.
RULES FOR DIGITAL USE
YOU MAY NOT:-
• Sell or share digital downloads as is or altered/or claim as your own (that means, putting your copyright over the image or on the listing with or without giving credit).
• Sell or share a set with other elements or use it as a free download to promote your site.
• You may not sell my work as is in printed or digital form and call it "art" or an "art print"
• Sell as part of a scrapbooking kit or photography kit
• Create Collage sheets for sale in digital form
1) You are welcome to decorate your own website, emails or eBay auctions. Commercial sites are OK. Make links to on every page/auction/email where the graphics are being used. Use a logo, or a textlink in readable size.
2) You may not use the graphics for the following:
- Sharing/selling of email stationery, website/auction templates, sig tags, patterns, tubes, printables etc.; i.e. anything that is in digital format. Meaning: If you want to share/sell what you create you must print it yourself. (There is one exception; teacherspayteachers.com. Scroll down to separate section for information about that.)
- To decorate other people's sites/pages/emails/auctions. This means that webdesign businesses can not use my graphics.
- Characters in storybooks or the like, or as models for 3D objects.
- The graphics themselves may not be shared or sold in any shape or form.
3) Digitizing (machine embroidery) is not allowed, except for your own use, unless you have payed for and maintained a commercial license. See licences.RULES FOR TeachersPayTeachers.com:

There is a license fee of AU$50. It is royalty free, meaning that you only have to pay it once and after that you can use the graphics as much as 100 times per year
Note that you still will have to buy the graphics originally. This is a special half price fee for teachers payteachers only. All other commercial businesses will be charged AU$100.00 per year, but they have ulimited usage.
All items must be created by you personally.
Everything you sell must be finished by you, such as forms and other things ready to use. You can not sell the graphics themselves or various kits that other people can use to create new items.
My copyright notice ('flutterbygraphics © 1995- 2016 Geraldine Watts , in readable size) must be included on or with the material you sell or share.

You are welcome to use the graphics on tangible things that you sell/share and to decorate your business paperwork, such as calling cards, hang tags etc., under the following agreement:
1) Only finished, tangible items are allowed. This means: No patterns or kits of any kind, iron ons, rubber stamps, paper piecings, stickers, etc..
Example: You can sell something that you have embroidered the graphic onto, but not the actual embroidery design..
2) commercial licence must be payed each year you are selling items with my graphics.
3) No mass production. The items must be handmade by you personally. If you have professional equipment at home it may be considered mass production. Please contact me.
4) My copyright notice 'flutterbygraphics © 1995- 2016Geraldine Watts ‘(, in readable size) must be included; either on the actual product or at a card or hang tag attached to it. If you sell the items off a website and/or eBay, there must be clickable credits linked to http://amethystgerry.wix.com/flutterbygraphics next tothe items.
5) Items created from the graphics may not be distributed in any digital media (websites, emails, CDs, PSP tubes, sig tags, auction templates etc.). Meaning: If you want to share/sell what you create you must print it first. REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of the artworks, refunds or store credits are NOT available. If you have an issue with your file, please let me know rather than stewing or putting on cranky pants lol, I will happily sort it out.

Yep!!! What do you want? Skies the limit!!! Use your imagination, but remember no time limits please as I work slowly with care and attention and I am a busy mum too. Price will be agreed upon ordering and prepaid. Rights to graphics remain mine. Custom orders will be arranged either via teachers pay teachers or via direct email arrangement and discussion.
