Ok. Someting went wrong. Contact me first before having a meltdown and
with just a bit of our patience we will haave you off and running again. If there is an irreversible accident you will have the choice of a refund or a store credit but a store credit is easier on me :)

Being totally digital, of course there is no shipping or postage costs, but if you purchase a gift certificate and choose to give it to someone as a physical gift i have added 60 cents to the cost so that i can send it to you as a physical product. If you wish to have it as a digital email, i just email it to you and you get that 60 cents credit in store.

What if i need a different format?.
Say you have psp and you only see psd and png. Psp will load png files as well as psp. but if you really need psp for some reason i can do that for you...just email me and i will covert your product to psp for you!!! Also, i am happy to do jpg as well....i just ask you to be patient as all of my graphics are in psd now.

I need a specific colour or graphic for that special scrap page.
Well, thats not a problem. i do custom work but i do not do time constraint orders, ie i need it tomorrow or by such a date...please do not specify times or dates and i will do it for you. i have two spine illnesses and an 18 month old and 9 year old so i get busy. Email me your needs and i will give it a go for you. Price will be agreed and paid into paypal before i begin.
